The Punjab State Electricity Board has announced a cash award of Rs. 10,000 to engineer Jagvir Goyal for his outstanding work in civil engineering. At the age of 36, Mr. Goyal has already written two highly technical books on subjects like “Slip forming” and expeditious construction of RCC chimneys.
