The Punjab State Electricity Board has announced a cash award of Rs. 10,000 to engineer Jagvir Goyal for his outstanding work in Civil Engineering. At the age of 36, Mr. Goyal has written two technical books on specialized subjects, ‘Slip forming’ and ‘Expeditious Construction of RCC Chimneys’.
